Silk Road

Inspired by everyone's favorite Han Dynsasty trade route, Silk Road boasts natural wood tones, gold mirrored floors, bead-adorned metal walls, and a white-lacquered map of the namesake route hanging above the bar. Barter cash for dishes like charred marinated beef carpaccio w/ Egyptian dukkah (a roasted seed & nut spice mix), and crispy Thai red snapper (w/ sauteed baby artichokes, green olive butter & tomato fondue), along with 200 wines and cocktails employing house-made mixers like Pan Pan Soda and East India Fixer, which takes up less of the table than an East India Fix, aka, a case of Pale Ale.
