This just-opened cafe's got a creative menu w/ entrees like Nieman Ranch beef & pork shoulder braised meatballs w/ grilled bread, and a pork belly sandwich w/ fennel pickles and Mexican Pationa, plus make-your-own-combos like jidori chicken roasted w/ herbs and garlic, or chimichurri-rubbed flank steak w/ "Dilly Beets" (smothered in vinegar and dill yogurt); they're also encouraging backyard farmers to bring their wares in to sell to the chefs, who'll then use them to make special dishes like "Puny Tomato and I'm 80% Sure This is Fennel" salad.
