Super-limited to only 20 people, this tour of Westminster's most noted ethnic fooderies is led by a James Beard-nominated chef, who'll ply you with odd food from a Vietnamese supermarket (dried powdery pork, etc), then prepare you a feast of grilled pork patties w/ rice vermicelli, pickled green papaya with perilla, and soy-glazed shaking beef salad, from cows that have been corn-fed, then told their life expectancies.
