Sitting in the USC Radisson, this couched-up loungestauraunt's named after the legendary coach, whose 60s-era pigskin doings are chronicled in b&w photos interspersed between ESPN-spewing flatscreens. The menu's designed by an ex-Bouloud's at the Wynn chef, and includes the likes of pan-seared lobster-crab cake w/grilled corn relish, sake-braised beef short rib w/tamari baby bok choy, and Yukon gold gnocchi w/herb vegetable nage -- dishes that many sage football historians argue are less John McKay, and more John Robinson.
