Half Big Apple, half Chi-Town, all pizza

Opening tomorrow in the former Toi space, NY & C's a pizzeria from the guys behind South, dedicated to both thin crust and pan-style varieties, and split in half: the left side's decorated in NY memorabilia (Yankees gear, etc), and the right's Windy City. Food includes themed subs (NY: meatball w/ mozzarella & marinara; Chi: Italian roast beef w/ hot peppers) as well as specialty pies like the "Empire State" (mozzarella, marinara, and basil), the "Navy Pier" (spinach, tomatoes, garlic, and mushrooms) and the sausage/green pepper/onion "Times Square," which may taste better nowadays, but is now lacking the once ubiquitous pickled peepers.
