Two of LA's cornerstone industries -- music and film -- have enjoyed sporadic success by branching out into chain theme restaurants, but what about the industry whose fruits you enjoy sporadically, like, six times a day? Here to plate up poon, Oxygen.Mood-lit with semi-seductive red & blue bulbs, Oxygen's a restaurant & bar hardcore actors/miraculously married couple Veronica Rayne and Jack Vegas intend to turn into the "Hard Rock Cafe of P*rn". The longterm plan'll see the space decked out with set photos, costumes, and props (swimming pool?), but they're starting out with booths dedicated to performers Stormy Daniels, Delilah Strong, Brooke Haven, and man-star Marcus London -- try to forget his role in I Came in Your Mom while having lunch with yours. Many "Special Night" details are still TBD (could involve anything from football viewing to autograph signings), but a couple are for sure: Tuesday tattoo contests w/ DVD prizes, Friday "College Night" (no cover with university ID), and Thursday "Coyote Ugly Night", featuring 2-dollar Buds and bodyshots off "hot girls", including Rayne herself (for many reasons, Jack is not threatened by this).Like most theme restos, the food's secondary, with burgers, charbroiled chicken sandwiches, and jalapeno poppers -- a diet which if enjoyed exclusively will leave you desperate for the fruits of LA's fourth cornerstone, invasive plastic surgery.
