From the owner of Fratelli Lyon, the Cape Cod strikes a subtly nautical vibe with arced windows/B&W sailing photos, and ships out a menu that's all about New England, with stuff like Cape Cod Quahog Chowder; swordfish steak with a fricassee of sweet corn, leeks, and bacon; Provincetown seafood stew w/ Maine lobster, mussels, clams, scallops, and codfish in a saffron & garlic broth; and pan-caramelized New Bedford scallops with succotash, which has suffered plenty, thank you.Photo courtesy of John B.
