X-Fit Boot Camp

Dubail's small-class-size (max 11), X-Fit boot camps now incorporate TRX, a Navy Seal suspension training program that uses your own body weight for strength, balance, and flexibility workouts, in addition to boot camp staples like yanking on ropes, running obstacle courses, swinging kettlebells, squatting on balls, and doing cardiovascular and abdomen exercises, all of which're designed to shock the body into fat loss -- because accomplishing that simply by looking in the mirror hasn't quite worked yet.
