Upping the stakes in Philly's suddenly fierce battle for cocktail supremacy, APO's mixology shamans're unveiling a revamped list tonight, with 14 new treats over three categories: Elixirs, like the Bluecoat gin/akvavit/absinthe combo Calypso's Secret; Classics Reinterpreted, including La Ultima Palabra, with Milagro Reposado tequila, green chartreuse, & Luxardo Maraschino; and concoctions only available on the second floor lounge and roofdeck, including the Zizou's Revenge, featuring a delicately balanced mixture of Torani Amer, white wine, and Jaguar Shark.
