Taking over the iconic Lever House resto space, the family behind Sant Ambroeus has done some light housekeeping and instituted a Milanese menu bursting with classic antipastis (vitello tonnato, misto di mare), crudos (hamachi w/ pomegranate seeds/lime), pastas from tuna amatriciana to wild boar ragout, and mains like veal scaloppini, spicy seafood stew, and whole roasted fish like Dover sole or "Eden Brook Trout", banished to your gullet for committing the original fin.
