The SF-based website that plots free WiFi spots and aggregates user reviews of signal strength, outlet availability, and food, has just gone mobile. Punch in your number online and you'll get a text linking you to the app; download it, and quit stumbling around with your laptop, looking for a place that has WiFi so you can find a place that has WiFi.
