Founded by a doctor/fitness enthusiast out of frustration with the "arcane" method of tracking calories & workouts in a notebook, this beta site's devoted to providing the masses with action plans covering the necessary steps to accomplish everything from getting healthier to beating the recession, which would be a lot easier if the economy would just invest two easy payments in a laser comb. Designed by "accredited coaches and instructors", each of the "Actionplans" spells out the steps of your daily schedule, with your progress neatly graphed up vs that which is expected of you, and spurring you to keep going're options like cell phone reminders and a community support group chat room they call the Bubble, ironically perhaps the only chat room that won't leave you feeling in need of a bath. Avail plans fall into 20+ categories, and include a 10-week Half Marathon kit; a two-week Thanksgiving Countdown prepping you for the big feast; and a 17-Day Full Detox, which should be immediately followed with a well thought out plan for once again having friends.
Coming down the line'll be fully customized Actionplans, plus the ability to create your own, though just because you cooked up a gameplan doesn't mean it's going to rock.
