Finally opened after a month of inspection delays, TP's already extending weekend hours to 4am for their still-expanding menu of variations on the Quebecoise standby of gravy/cheddar curds/fries; to-come additions include a Bolognese-smothered Italian job and a curried chicken number, augmenting a lineup featuring the Tex Mex (spiced ground beef, corn, black bean, jalapeno, homemade beef gravy, sour cream), the chicken & peas Pot Pie, and the deep-fried applewood bacon/fried-egg Morning Glory, which won't describe you after 4am cheese curds.
