Applebee’s Is Selling $3 Grey Goose Vodka Cranberries in July

Applebee’s is at it again with a new monthly drink special, and this time it’s a Vodka Cranberry. Not a fancy Vodka Cranberry that’s gussied up and elevated for a cocktail bar. Applebee’s is channeling bottle-service-at-the-club vibes by making Vodka Crans with Grey Goose vodka and Ocean Spray cranberry juice.

“In a show of appreciation to our guests, this is the first time we’re offering a world leading, ultra-premium spirit at an incredible price,” Patrick Kirk, vice president of brand innovation at Applebee’s, said in a press release. “We’re known for making a splash with our Neighborhood Drinks, and the new 3 Dollar Goose and Cranberry is an amazingly refreshing premium cocktail that’s perfect for a hot summer day and a huge win for our loyal guests at only $3.”

In March, Applebee’s sold discount Absolut Vodka Lemonades, but apparently that wasn’t ultra-premium enough for the restaurant’s devotees. The July deal celebrates America’s birthday month with top-shelf French vodka. The chain is calling its Vodka Cranberry “Goose and Cranberry,” but it’s original name is the Cape Codder, which was created by Ocean Spray in the 1940s and pays homage to the beachy warm weather destination. Now you can taste Applebee’s version of that summer vacation in a glass for about the same price as a mediocre cup of coffee.

Applebee’s is selling $3 Goose and Cranberry cocktails all day, every day through the month of July.
