This Rolling Bloody Mary Cart Is #BrunchGoals

Tableside service is nothing new when it comes to fine dining, but tableside brunch drinks are a whole new level of luxury. NYC’s recently opened Charlie Palmer Steak at the Archer Hotel has debuted its full-service, rolling Bloody Mary and Mimosa cart.
The brainchild of sommelier Amanda Streibel, the cart was custom crafted specifically for the restaurant and features a glowing ice bucket, slots for glasses and space for all the ingredients needed for three types of Bloodies and three types of Mimosas, which can be ordered a la carte ($10 for a Mimosa, $12 for a Bloody) or in unlimited amounts ($38 for two hours worth of brunch madness that includes a doughnut wheel, an entrée and an extra drink on the hotel's rooftop bar, Spyglass).

The Mimosa selection includes a classic, made with ultra-fresh orange juice and Prosecco, along with two seasonal options. Right now, there’s Pomegranate + Currant, as well as Pear + Quince. Each Mimosa comes with a sidecar of juice, so you can make your cocktail as wine- or fruit-forward as you want. Bloody Marys are available in classic tomato (garnished with the usual suspects), Super-Juice (an invigorating mix of carrot and ginger garnished with pickled carrots and cornichons) and Mary’s Envy (a spicy-tangy tomatillo mix garnished with a queso fresco-stuffed pepper and sausage). All of the Bloodies can be made with either vodka or mezcal.
The rolling cart means no one’s glass will remain empty for too long, and allows the guests to see exactly what boozy delights are available. The only way it could get better was if the cart was available for personal purchase (our office could definitely use a Bloody Mary cart)—and remote controlled.
