Milk Bar Debuts in Las Vegas With Boozy Milkshakes

With of-the-moment eateries like Eggslut and The Halal Guys popping up all over Vegas, the Strip has become a destination for not only gamblers and pool partiers, but also gourmands. Now, those hungry travelers can add one more spot to their Sin City hit list because Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar just opened in The Cosmopolitan resort—and unlike other locations, this one’s got boozy milkshakes.

Dubbed Fancy Shakes, the spiked milkshakes are available in mouthwatering flavors like the Cereal Milk White Russian (Cereal Milk, vodka, Kahlua, corn powder and salt), Fancy Fruity Shake (Fruity Cereal Milk and triple sec) and a Fancy Chocolate Malt Shake (Chocolate Malt Cake, vodka and Kahlua). They’ll be offered alongside Tosi’s award-winning confections like naked layer cakes, Crack Pie and Birthday Cake Truffles, as well as a full coffee bar. The best part of The Cosmopolitan's Milk Bar is that it’s open from 9 a.m to 2 a.m., so you can get a boozy milkshake fix from breakfast until late night.

“We are so pumped to be a part of the evolving restaurant scene here in Las Vegas and thrilled to call The Cosmopolitan our new home,” Tosi said in a press release. This is the first West Coast location of the ever-expanding Milk Bar empire, and hopefully not the last to include boozy shakes on the menu.
