A rather odd Craigslist ad recently popped up for a used Toyota pick up truck that grabbed our attention. Everything seemed to be in order with the truck: well maintained, 162,000 miles, new winter tires, but it wasn't the stats that caught our eyes -- it was the picture of the old truck that got our engines running, for the bed of this 1991 Toyota was absolutely filled with weed.
Weird, right? Naturally, we reached out to Mike -- the soon-to-be-ex owner of the pick up truck -- and asked him the question that had to be asked: uh, why is there so much weed in your truck?
"Oh, I did it for attention," said Michael Girard, who turns out to be a professional medical marijuana grower in Washington. "I figured people would like it," referring to his batch of bud. "[The truck] was used for moving plants. It's a little stressful being the one person responsible for so much, but I love growing beautiful plants and making them fully express their genetics."
Mike proceeded to then send over about a dozen pictures of some fine looking marijuana plants that would make anyone -- stoner or not -- salivate rainbows.
