Bill Murray Makes an Extremely Bill Murray 'Late Show' Cameo

That sloppy-looking dude sleeping in the front row of a stage performance might just be Bill Murray. And in this case, it was.

Bill Murray made his Late Show with Stephen Colbert debut in the most Bill Murray way possible, casually taking a nap in the front row during Colbert's monologue. After some opening words about an adorable/beautiful relationship between man and penguin, Late Show host Stephen Colbert paused to reprimand a man in the audience saying, "Would you mind getting your feet off the stage for a second? I’m sorry you look tired but this is not a park bench.” Turns out, that man was Bill Murray who gets up slowly, sleepy and confused.

Colbert offers him coffee, but Murray shakes his head "no." Going further, Colbert asks, "Can I get you anything?" Murray responds by pointing to a woman in the audience and then leaves without uttering a single word, taking the chosen woman with him. The whole thing ends with Colbert stating,“That’s my penguin."

You're going to want to watch this. It's wonderfully weird.
