Bill Nye Is Cool Enough to Explain Sleep Using Emoji
He's the same science guy you know and love, wearing the same flamboyant bowtie, but these days he's way more 21st Century. No, it's not Beakman -- Bill Nye is reaching out to 2015's youth with a series of videos where he explains science with the help of emoji, and his latest one on dreaming is pretty great.
That ever-popular, yellow emoji face illustrates the dreamer in the newest Bill Nye video uploaded to Mashable's YouTube channel, as the video explains how our nighttime dreams are formulated. It also shows how to spell "Rapid Eye Movement" in emoji, which is the important part.
Apparently Bill Nye is as relevant as ever, even though he's gone grey. But also, there's no way you imagined him using emoji in 1996 -- nobody used them yet, after all.
