While, “I love your four anterior eyes,” probably would have sufficed, this adorable peacock spider dropped his best dance moves in hopes of winning over an equally adorable girl spider, as seen in a recent YouTube video.
The newly discovered species of spider, or Maratus personatus, courageously tore up the dance twig with a stylish mix of the “Y.M.C.A.” and just scurrying around saying, “Hey, hey, over here! Hey, look, I’m right here!”
With furry little legs and a blue “masked” face, he’s no Daddy-Longlegs, but he’s quite possibly the cutest spider we’ve ever seen. It's unclear if the female spider was left weak in the (eight) knees, but at least she appears to take notice. Regardless, keep living your life and being you, little guy!
