Drop Everything and Watch the Bad Lip Readings of the Original Star Wars Trilogy
Star Wars: The Force Awakens is finally out in theaters galaxy-wide on Friday, but forget about rushing out to see the hugely hyped reboot, at least for now, and watch a series of new videos that give the famous 'Bad Lip Reading' treatment to the original Star Wars films. Known for hilariously dubbing popular videos, the YouTube channel brought in guest stars Jack Black, Maya Rudolph, and Bill Hader to "voice" characters like Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Han Solo, and more in clips from A New Hope (shown above), The Empire Strikes Back (below), and Return of the Jedi (also below).
Lines like "I really hate you texting me all those helmet pics," and "When it's dark out there, I kind of want mommy," and "Please do not touch me... stranger danger! Stranger danger!" will leave you howling like Chewie, but you're luckily it's not from some sort of Jedi mind control, you're just laughing. Enjoy.
