Apparently Axl and Slash might be putting their past behind them and getting back together for a tour... maybe. Rumors are flying even faster than Axl Rose is cultivating mass, as JamBase (alongside a multitude of other websites) has reported that Guns N' Roses are ”days away" from announcing a new world tour with their classic lineup. Again -- totally fine.
The world tour would coincidentally happen around the 30th anniversary of Guns N' Roses forming as a band. And, hey, a couple of those years were pretty good, too!
Slash and Axl haven't shared a stage together since 1993; however, tensions have been softening between the two grown men, as suggested by a CBS interview in which Slash said: "There’s no animosity. Over time we all just got sick and tired of the black cloud." That "black cloud" he's referring to could be the riot Axl caused in Montreal in 1992 or the other riot Axl caused in Vancouver.
Axl Rose once told the world that "one of the two of us will die before a reunion..." Hey, people change and every rose has its thorn. Wait, what if Bret Michaels joined the band too? Look, the point is: Chinese Democracy sucked.
No word of whether or not Buckethead will be attending rumored reunion.
