You Can Score Free Tacos at Qdoba on New Year's Day

If, like us, and your New Year's resolution for 2016 is to eat more tacos, then you're about to get off to a helluva great start. Qdoba, the fast-casual Mexican chain owned by Jack in the Box, is celebrating the new year the right way -- by handing out free Knockout Tacos® on New Year's Day, according to an announcement on Facebook.

Specifically, the offer is good for one free Knockout Taco per person at participating locations (so you might want to call ahead, just in case) on January 1, 2016. Qdoba said its Knockout Tacos® are designed to "awaken the taste buds" (who said they were sleeping?!) with six varieties such as the "Mad Rancher™" (grilled chicken, bacon, hand-smashed guacamole, picante ranch, lettuce, pico de gallo and cotija cheese) and the "Two Timer™" (pulled pork, salsa roja, shredded cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and a crispy taco wrapped in a flour tortilla spread with 3-Cheese Queso). Either way, it's free NYE hangover food.
