How Many Reps Should You Do When You Work Out?

Everybody's got different goals at the gym -- and it's easy to make terrible decisions. But for the workout novice, navigating through your routine to get ripped, get strong, or get toned means figuring out the best exercises and volume to get there. And that's not always easy.

To address this simple, yet confounding question, the folks at Picture Fit put together a video that shows how many reps of each exercise will hit your "pump" just right -- and explains the science behind why that range makes the most sense for you.
