It's not quite Fizzy Lifting Drink, but Bubble Lick Edible Bubbles are everything you've hoped the world would come to since seeing Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Bubble Lick turns your favorite drink into delicious tasting bubbles that you can walk around licking like a weirdo.
Bubble Lick arrives in a half-full bottle of non-toxic bubble solution. You fill the other half up with whatever liquid you want to make bubbles out of, mix it up gently and you're eating bubbles made of booze (or whatever else your heart desires). That means nightcaps of Lagavulin bubbles and bubbles of morning coffee blown over you in bed, quite possibly in that order.

And both of those drinks should work just fine, though not all drinks do. Their site lists milk and Frappuccinos as liquids that won't make usable bubbles. That's fine. Milk bubbles sound disgusting.
How well does it work? "Since the volume of the bubbles is tiny, to appreciate the taste of each bubble, one needs to use a beverage with very strong flavor," CEO Dat Tran told Thrillist. "Moreover one needs to have sensitive taste buds. Kids are more keen to the flavors."
So, it's more of a novelty item. Even beyond the taste, bubbles are awfully small, so don't get too far down the road of thinking you're going to have a cocktail party where the only drinks served are in bubble form. On the other hand, do that. It sounds like a great party.
