If there's one bad thing about Girl Scout Cookies, it's that moment when you realize you've exhausted your stash for the year. Oh, and maybe Toffee-Tastics. But now, thanks to new Girl Scout Cookie-inspired baking mixes from Pillsbury, you can get your thin mint fix at home all year. Well, sort of.

Under a new licensing deal with Girl Scouts of the USA, Pillsbury recently revealed new packaged baking mixes based on two popular Girl Scout Cookie flavors: Caramel & Coconut (Samoas/Caramel deLites) and Thin Mints. However, the mixes aren't for making homemade versions of Girl Scout Cookies, but rather for brownies, blondies, and cupcakes inspired by the cookies. In other words, you'll still have to hit up your local Girl Scouts chapter or the multiple dealers (parents) at your office for the real things.

The lineup includes four baking mixes:

  • Girl Scouts Thin Mints Flavored Brownie Mix
  • Girl Scouts Thin Mints Flavored Cupcake Mix
  • Girl Scouts Caramel & Coconut Flavored Blondie Mix
  • Girl Scouts Caramel & Coconut Flavored Cupcake Mix

All four mixes are already available in grocery stores nationwide at a suggested retail price of $3.29, according to a Pillsbury press release. Although Thin Mints and Samoas are both indisputably great, let's just hope a new batch of the mixes will include Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties (by far the best Girl Scout Cookie) someday.
