Watch Obama Rip on Trump on the Tonight Show

The current Head of State is quite the comedian, and likely the best to ever hold office in that regard, no matter how you feel about politics. When he dishes out a burn, it's got a level of sass the country can be proud of. Case in point: his first appearance on The Tonight Show.

Donald Trump became the butt of Obama's jokes during the President's recent appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. A preview clip posted by CNN before the Thursday episode airs shows the Comedian-in-Chief commenting on both the presumptive GOP nominee and Bernie Sanders, but his jokes on the former are no doubt the best part.

Fallon asks, "Do you think the Republicans are happy with their choice?” And the President coyly responds, "We are. But I don’t know how they feel.”

He goes on to make a reference to his role in this race, which is to remind everyone that this is serious business and not "reality TV."
