Irish Rowers Deserve a Medal for Their Hilarious Post-Race Interview

Brothers Paul and Gary O'Donavan earned a silver medal for Ireland on Friday in the men's lightweight double sculls at the Summer Olympics in Rio. Their hilarious post-race TV interview, however, may very well deserve a freaking gold.

Speaking via satellite from Rio with Ireland's RTÉ Sport, the brothers, uh, very candidly touch on several important topics after their big victory, like pizza, going to the pub, and even Nutella. As you can see in the video above, they start joking right out of the gate.

“We’re in Rio... the background might look superimposed but it’s very real,” Gary O’Donovan jokes.

At one point, Paul O'Donavan rips on the Olympics doping scandal and having to submit to a urine test earlier in the day, oh, and something else about wearing "podium pants." The wild interview left some fans dubbing the dudes as "Ireland's gift to the world" on social media, according to a report by The Huffington Post.

You'll just have to watch the whole thing for yourself.
