Ronda Rousey Got into an Argument at Hooters About Ronda Rousey
MMA fighter Ronda Rousey isn't shy when it comes to talking about her love for hot wings (and her pre-fight preparations), so it makes complete sense that she visited a Hooters after recently accompanying a fan to the Marine Corps Ball. But as the distinguished badass explained to Jimmy Fallon on "The Tonight Show" on Tuesday, she ended up getting into a bit of an argument with an unsuspecting server at the restaurant... about herself.
"So this one Hooter's chick comes up to me and she was like, 'Oh we have fights here all the time' -- she was like 'We love watching Ronda Rousey's fights.' And I was like, 'Oh, I hate her, she's the worst. She's such a bitch, I can't stand her," Rousey told Fallon of the interaction. "She got really offended. She was like 'No, she's awesome, OK? And we make lots of money in tips when she fights.'" From there, Rousey said the server, who still didn't recognizer her, launched into argument... until Rousey finally gave in and revealed she was just messing with her the entire time.
"She thought it was hilarious, and then I think I got some free wings," Rousey said. And, well, free wings are certainly nothing to argue about.
