When attempting to combine favorite foodstuff to make Frankenfoods, like a hot dog with pizza as a bun, kids fundamentally lack the dexterity to execute with precision. That's where The Food Surgeon comes in.

In this most recent operation, uploaded to YouTube, the aptly named culinary specialist does exactly what the video title suggests: removes the peanut butter from a Reese's peanut butter cup, and replaces it with the cream from an Oreo cookie, using a scalpel, tweezers, and a razor blade. It's bizarrely surgical and professional.

A number of rhetorical questions arise as the video goes on, because I'm out of good ideas today, such as: Who actually wants this? Isn't peanut butter better than Oreo cream? And isn't this what a Mallo Cup is?

It's unclear the last time anyone ate a Mallo Cup, so that last question will remain unanswered. In the meantime, watch the video in its entirety and wonder for yourself why the hell this YouTube channel exists, and what a Reese's cup with cream would taste like.
