The company attributes this massive improvement in battery life to heteroatoms, which are atoms that don't include carbon or hydrogen in a ring structure. These heteroatoms can increase the charging speed of batteries without decreasing energy density or battery life. It sounds complicated, because it is. Chemistry, right?
According to its website, Huawei's batteries also can be charged to "48% capacity in five minutes to allow ten hours of phone call on Huawei mobile phones." They also "underwent many rounds of testing, and have been certified by Huawei's terminal test department." Quick, safe, and certified? Where do we sign up?!
