Uh Oh SpaghettiOs: 355,000 Cans Recalled Due to Choking Hazard
SpaghettiOs is dealing with a big "Uh oh" that's making it recall 355,000 cans, which sucks, but at least gives people a reason to bring up that old jingle.
The news comes after pieces of red plastic lining from the can got into the O-ey pasta cans, which could become a choking hazard. Thus, the company has issued a recall on the unfortunate cans. The recall only applies to SpaghettiOs Original, or in words that sound like a Friends episode, "the one without the meatballs." Cans with a date of February 22, 2017 and the UPC code of 51000 22432 are effected, and hazardous cans can be returned for a full refund.
Campbell's has all the info on its website and Facebook page, and has formally apologized for the "Uh oh." So get to your pantry and see if Saturday's lunch might be compromised. Because let's be real: you're probably not putting on pants on Saturday, and you don't wanna have your weekend meal plans ruined.
