What does "Bae" really mean though?!? Apparently, that's a question that's of particular interest to people from Wisconsin.
Real Estate website Estately recently looked into Google's data to determine what cultural phenomena and controversies people from each state were especially interested in this year. They found out which term each state is googling more than any other state, and then formatted this handy-dandy map.
As seen in the results. the Volkswagen scandal interested California the most, which goes hand-in-hand with that stereotypical picture of California surfers living in their Volkswagen-vans-turned-studio-apartments. And a lot of states are interested in gun-related things. Because, America. Meanwhile, Montana's dealing with wolf issues.
