I know what you're thinking, Idaho!? Can you even name the capital of Idaho? Okay, never mind, Google tells me it's Boise. Well, despite the fact that nobody outside of Idaho knows potatoes about the state (actually, that's ALL they know), it might be time to reconsider moving out yonder. Why?
Idaho's Soldier Mountain is on the market for $149,000, roughly the price of one small house somewhere pleasant... or, like, six houses in Detroit. But wait, there's more: Soldier Mountain used to belong to none other than Die Hard star Bruce Willis. Reportedly, Willis "handed off ownership of the ski hill to a local non-profit" back in 2012, and now said non-profit is trying to raise funds to keep the mountain open.
Included in the $149,000 is all inventory, lifts, buildings, the rental shop, a bar, a restaurant, a kitchen, vehicles, snow machines, and more!
