The Kansas City Royals and New York Mets played a marathon of a World Series opener Tuesday night -- batting through five hours, until the Royals prevailed 5-4 in the 14th inning. But even if you didn't stay up late to watch the game or don't know anything about baseball, you can easily score free Taco Bell next month thanks to a stolen base earlier in the game.
Specifically, as part of its "Steal a base, steal a breakfast" promotion (it's exactly what it sounds like), Taco Bell will give out free A.M. Crunchwraps at all participating locations from 7am to 11am on November 5th. You can thank Kansas City Royals outfielder Lorenzo Cain, who won the free food for everyone when he stole second base in the sixth inning. That's a win regardless of what team you're cheering for, right?

Thanks, baseball, you really stepped up to the plate! Or at least Taco Bell wrapper, anyway.
