After specializing in a particular discipline it's natural to want to expand your horizons, or if you're Val Kilmer just expand. Expanding their gear horizons, Royal Elastics.
A prolific street-sneak concern known for their elastic-closure slip-on kicks, RE's just dropped their first-ever cut & sew line, with an impressive breadth ranging from jeans to jackets, and covering everything in between, though given their lack of elastic closures they may not cover all of you. Rocking a vaguely skater-prep vibe, things start warm with full-zip thermal cotton hoodies rocking comfy plaid hood linings, and waterproof, dual-nylon pull-overs boasting "enough panels to make the most die hard techie drool", then get warmer with glossy coated cotton varsity jackets and gingham-lined pea coats made of combed wool so soft it'll "drop even the hardest of panties". Um...gross? For the professorial layabout there're plaid flannel b-downs with cotton twill elbow patches and fleece cardigans, plus denim from the semi-tapered Auerbach (raw indigo or washed black) to the stone-washed skinny fit Iggy, though thinking you can wedge your hams into 'em may make you the stooge.
Of course they haven't abandoned their bread & butter, dropping fresh wool chukkas, shin-covering Supa Highs, and tamer colorways of their classic velcro hi-top Big Fat Studs, aka, Val Kilmer...if he were a stud.
