STK's Blown-Out Sirloin

Because eating just one steak is for small children and vegetarians, there's the Ralph Pagano Gorgonzola Sirloin: two Kansas City prime cuts topped evenly with Gorgonzola, crushed red pepper, and lemon zest, then seared in a sizzle plate at 500 degrees and served with Bordelaise sauce and mache dressed in black truffles, which Kirstie Alley also tried once, before just eating all her clothes.
