Movies about twins often deal with cutesy plots like kids repairing their parents' severed relationship. Here's one that deals with severed heads: The Devil's Double, the story of how one of nepotism's worst creations, Uday Hussein, surgically manipulated a man to become his likeness -- in appearance, and tendency to do just really horrible things.
Check out the trailer above for a graphic depiction of 1987 Baghdad, a world of sex, drugs, and torturous violence, including acts even more reprehensible than forgetting to keep the shower curtain taut, which can slowly kill you with mildew. But nothing's gratuitous: this cinematic tour de force is a wildly entertaining look at how a man's identity is deformed when he's forced to embrace absolute freedom under threat of death, a deadly dichotomy absolutely nailed by Dominic Cooper playing both Hussein and lookalike Latif Yahia -- an even more difficult assignment than playing Professor Klump and another overweight person.
