The Boulder fave rises from the ashes

Shuttered since March due to a fire, Oak reopens with a “substantially remodeled” space, including an additional 1000sqft with a 50-seat private dining area, and delicious eats prepared in an oak-fired oven/ grill, like grilled “Korean cut” shortribs with housemade hoisin/ Oak beef jerky/ squash/ jalapeno, a grilled Tender Belly Farm pork chop with pickled pepper jam/ grits/ crispy pig ears, and paired with chicken liver “arancini”/ cracklins/ baby carrots, a wood-fired Rocky Jr Chicken “under a brick”, which is also an acceptable order at a Boulder dispensary.
