Beer crust, baby

The newish bicycle-delivery pizza place within The Nicollet has been fiddling with their crust and came-up with a new and improved version using West Side Belgian Style IPA (w/ other local brews in some specialty pizzas), in addition to introducing the the Blue Jack cheese/ roast beef/ fresh cilantro/ balsamic and olive oil sauced "Ugly Blue", also known as teal.
