Carmine’s La Trattoria

Twenty-two years after opening Carmine’s butcher shop, the owner is using it to supply his full-on trattoria’s massive menu, which includes garlic wine sauce mussels, 20+ pizzas covered in everything from handmade meatballs & salami to shrimp & goat cheese, a lineup of pastas (lobster ravioli!), and Carmine’s cuts like an 18oz bone-in rib eye and trio of lamb chops, which for a hungry man, still isn’t enough to Shari.
