Rotisserie deliciousness in a pub

Now open in Barbican, this part pub, part ode to animal-murder (there's taxidermy everywhere) serves up craft taps (The East London Brewery's Foundation, Dark Star Espresso Stout, their house pale...), and houses a wine library, where you can browse the shelves for something to accompany rotisserie gastro like whole chickens, Scottish lobsters, legs of lamb, and tenderloin of Iron Age pig -- a cross-breed of domestic oinkers & wild boars presumably brimming with way, way back bacon.
