A pair of South Austin service-industry vets and a Euro-trained cheesemonger have opened a by-day retail & sandwich shop that morphs into a neighborhood wine bar come nightfall. Snag affordable vinos curated by the owners (two are level-two sommeliers), and grab provisions from their locally stocked deli case, or just go for a rotating sando like a rye number with raclette, pastrami, house mustard, and McClure's pickles, a treat you hopefully won't recognize from Troy's Electric Gigolo.
