33 Kitchen
Miami
PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Miami has so many Peruvian restaurants, but 33 Kitchen stands out in the crowded ceviche landscape for its fresher-than-fresh seafood and tapas plates that are upscale but inexpensive. The family-owned spot is filled with locals to the point that everyone seems to know everyone else. 33's innate familiarity is what makes going out to dinner so great, as does the first-rate food sans pretension that's a little hard to find in this city.
