Go Forth isn't an admonition to forget the past. It's an encouragement to take all the amazing things you know -- and maybe a few amazing things your friends with advanced degrees know -- and use them to create something both timeless and new. That's why Levi's® has reached back over their 130-year relationship with exacting, time-intensive, traditional shuttle looms to create Selvedge Goods: a selvedge denim collection made up of eight new fabrics and innovative finishes, pioneered in collaboration with three Japanese mills and another in Italy. Each fit and finish represents a unique coalescing of past and present, all unified by a proprietary khaki & red finished seam edge that reflects the century-plus of exceptional craftsmanship brought to bear on this forward-gazing new line.
The new fabrics stretch from the Italian-sourced, relaxed-straight Hesher-fit "Iduno", on which sulfur dye and indigo have created a subdued gray cast, to the straight-skinny, Matchstick-fit "Stoneridge", which relies on the subtle imperfections of slub yarn and narrow shuttle looms to create an idiosyncratic khaki so fetching, it will completely distract from your own subtle imperfections.
