Sports scientists have arrived at the consensus that the best shot has a backspin of two to three full rotations a second. Unlike other basketball training sensors out there, the EVO ONE isn’t linked up to an app on your phone or some clunky watch. It immediately tells you if your form is wrong and trusts that you can see whether or not the ball went through the hoop. The EVO ONE is in the Kickstarter phase, but it’s nearly funded. At this point in the campaign, if you pledge $59 or more you’ll get an EVO ONE; if you pledge $2,500 or more then you’ll be in a video shoot with a TBD professional athlete.
