I've always maintained the stance that anything you buy in leather is an investment. Shoes, wallet, bag, whip — whatever it might be — you're buying that thing to last. You end up looking at a few factors off the bat: quality (is the leather gonna rot away after a few years of regular use?); utility (how much am I actually planning on using this thing?); and style (would I actually be caught dead using this thing?).
I just spent a week with the entire lineup from the guys over at Octovo, a new project from the design studio Ammunition. And for the first time in a while I've found not one, not two, but five items that meet the above criteria.
