Ace Cocktail

The Ace rarely makes public appearances on cocktail menus or even in books, but the drink does show up in Boothby’s 1934 World Drinks And How To Mix Them and then again in tiki master Victor Bergeron’s 1972 book, Trader Vic’s Bartender’s Guide. Obscure as it may be, the Ace is a delightful mix of creamy, sweet and sour worthy of a little time in the spotlight, or at least a place at your next brunch.
