Bourbon Apple Cider

There are so many wonderful ways to booze up apple cider. But you don’t need a lot of fancy syrups or dozens of ingredients to make a tasty drink with the satisfyingly tangy juice. In fact, our favorite way to drink apple cider is with a generous splash of bourbon. Add some bright lemon juice and spicy fresh ginger, and suddenly you’ve turned an ordinary drink into an elegant and downright chuggable cocktail. While we love to sip this drink after apple picking and pumpkin carving in the fall, it’s perfectly delicious anytime you have a hankering for the sweet, apple-y goodness.
