Baileys Almande Mango Dreamsicle

There’s no cream—or dairy of any kind—in this concoction, but you would never know it. You can probably drink it with a straw, but you may want to have a spoon nearby.

Baileys Almande Mango Dreamsicle

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 oz Baileys Almande
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup Vanilla Non-Diary Ice Cream
  • 1 Cup Diced Mango

INSTRUCTIONS

Step one

Combine the mango, ice cream, almond milk and Baileys Almande in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step two

Transfer to two 16-ounce drinking jars. Top with whipped cream. Add straws and enjoy. The non-dairy whipped cream can be replaced with berry garnishes if you prefer.
